How do credits work?
AI calls use credits. Different models have different rates, and longer conversations or more involved research can use more. A credit is not a fixed number of messages.
What happens if I use all my credits?
On Free, metered AI pauses until your monthly reset or an upgrade. Paid plans also include a monthly allowance of Light-model messages that don’t use credits, whether or not you have credits left. Once your credits and that allowance are both used up, chat pauses until your monthly reset, or you can buy a top-up to keep going. Your notes and existing work remain available.
Do credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset and don’t roll over. Purchased credits are separate: they’re used after monthly credits and never expire.
Can I cancel?
Manage your subscription in billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period, so you keep your plan until then.
Does model access include a provider’s own app?
You use supported models inside SideQuestly. This doesn’t include every feature of a provider’s separate subscription or app. The model picker shows current availability.
